What I learned from World War 2 is that if we
did not enforce the treaty of Versailles, the world would not have in peril from the blood thirsting Nazi Army. We would not have lost solders in doomed missions as in the first Dieppe raid and hong-kong.
I'm very worried about your interpretation. I would argue that the "blood thirsting Nazi Army" would have been worse unopposed.
ReplyDeleteI think the Allies (France, Britain, Canada, US) needed to enforce the Treaty of Versailles earlier - when Hitler first started breaking the terms.
Or maybe you mean that if the Allies hadn't created the Treaty of Versailles at all after the First World War, they Nazis wouldn't have been so blood thirsty. Please be clear about your ideas.
