This is a poster for Canada, it's a poster to remember and to serve. This poster says that no matter what happens, you always got to be prepared, if you are a women or farmer,or even a slave. The poster also states that even if you are not a soldier, you can still represent Canada country and independence, you don't need other countries to support Canada's side because you are also intelligent. The way of this type of propaganda proves that Canada doesn't give up because we are Canadian and will stay Canadian. The army needs us because we are Canadian. Without this poster, farmers, woman or slaves WILL not support the army and only buy victory bonds. That is why this poster is for Canada, there to remember and to serve.

ReplyDeleteYashneil, I think you read a lot more into this propaganda poster than I did - I don't know why you mentioned slaves. I do agree that the message is that every Canadian can help out. Just be careful not to read too much into propaganda.
