Vimy Ridge


           Hey guys, what do you know about Vimy Ridge from WWI? I love the battle of Vimy Ridge, I think its one of the greatest battles in history. What I find interesting about it is that Canada put up a fight and did not care what happened as long as they won the battle. They were probably the bravest at that time of the war.       This is an image of Vimy Ridge in France but owned by Canada, its amazing how big the monument is.     You have included some interesting points about Vimy Ridge. I like that you remembered it is now Canadian owned. I think France dedicating that land to Canada shows how important the Canadian sacrifice and effort was at Vimy Ridge.
    Does anyone remember two new battle strategies that were developed by the Canadian army at this battle?
